About these terms
These terms apply to oppositelockgoldcoast.com.au, run by Opposite Lock Gold Coast, operated by The Garage Miami (ABN 24 580 170 079). By using the site you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Prices
Prices on this site are recommended retail prices (RRP) in Australian dollars, including GST, as published by the manufacturer on the date shown. Fitting, freight and certification are extra unless stated. Prices, specifications and availability can change without notice, and a price shown here is not an offer to sell. Your written quote is the price that applies.
Quotes and bookings
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless the quote says otherwise. Fitment depends on your exact vehicle, accessories and condition, which we confirm before ordering. Some parts need a deposit before we order them. Special order parts may not be refundable if you change your mind, but this never limits your rights if a part is faulty.
Fitment, legality and certification
We tell you when a modification needs engineering certification or affects your GVM, warranty or insurance. It's your responsibility to tell your insurer about modifications. Guides on this site are general information, not legal or engineering advice for your vehicle.
Warranty
Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty, as shown on each product. You also have guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded: you're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage, and to a repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
Images and content
Product images are supplied by the manufacturers and may show options not included in the price. Brand names and logos belong to their owners and are used to identify the products we sell and fit. You may not copy content from this site for commercial use without our written permission.
Dealer portal
Dealer logins are for approved dealerships only and must not be shared. Trade pricing in the portal is confidential. Orders submitted through the portal are subject to confirmation of fitment, stock and a booking time by our team. Vehicles we collect are driven on the dealer's plates under the dealer's insurance, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

We link to other websites for information. We aren't responsible for their content. We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will be error free or uninterrupted.
