Most utes don't lock the tailgate when you lock the doors. Tail Lock fixes that: lock the ute with your remote and the tailgate locks with it.
The actuator installs inside the tailgate with plug and play wiring, so there is nothing to see from outside and nothing to drill.

Does my tailgate lock already?
On most utes, no. The doors lock but the tailgate stays open unless it has a key barrel you lock by hand. Tail Lock ties it to your central locking.
